What is the dress code for the Summit?

The dress code is business dress.

What are the approximate timings for the Summit?

Approximate timings are as below:

9th June

08.30-09.30 Registration and hotel check in
09.30 Morning conference and workshop sessions
12.55 Lunch
14.15 Afternoon conference and workshop sessions
19.30 Dinner

10th June

09.30 Morning conference sessions
12.30 Lunch
13.30 Depart

Can I stay at the hotel the night prior?

Rooms can be booked the night prior directly with the hotel. Please let us know if you have made a booking so that we can link it to your reservation for the event.

How do I book a workshop?

At event registration, you will be given a personalised agenda for you to follow during the course of the event.

What table do I sit on at mealtimes?

Details of the table you will be sitting at will be on your personalised agenda. Both lunches and the dinner are table planned.

Is there parking at the venue?

The hotel has a large car park that is free of charge.

Do I need to pay for my accommodation and meals?

If you are attending as a delegate full board for the whole event and accommodation on the 9th June is provided for you, however any incidentals charged to your room throughout the event are to be settled by yourself on departure.
