Farzana Khalil, newly appointed Head of Customer at Seccl, joined the team in April 2022 with over 15 years of cross-functional experience in the wealth management and the advisory platform market.

Her most recent role was as Head of Proposition Development at Multrees, where she was responsible for product and service innovation – including overseeing the development of its digital platform technology and managing client regulatory change. Farzana now leads Seccl’s customer service proposition to help shape the strategic development of the company.
