One of threesixty’s founding partners, Russell was appointed threesixty’s CEO in 2020 having previously held the roles of Compliance director and Managing director. He has previously chaired The Association of Professional Compliance Consultants and PFS’s Leadership Summit Group, and regularly engages with regulators, providers, technology companies and PI Insurers, always looking for new ideas and best practice examples to help threesixty’s clients manage the risks within their businesses.

Russell has a hands-on role at threesixty, and enjoys helping the team and its clients navigate the ever-changing, always challenging regulatory landscape.
